Managers across Vopak participate in Managers Workshops so they speak the same language as the rest of the organization

Employees who have completed an UP! Your Service course apply key learnings to their job to create a perception map for a service transaction. This is followed up by drilling into each perception point to determine how to step up service at each interaction with the customer.

Employees receive regular updates about initiatives and activities through a newsletter. This helps keep ‘service’ top of mind for everyone.
