Microsoft Picks UP Your Service! College to Achieve World Class Customer and Partner Experience

Key initiative selected to differentiate Microsoft beyond product specifications and features.

 

SINGAPORE, 19 January 2009: UP Your Service! College has been chosen as a key program in Microsoft’s Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) initiative.


Microsoft provides computer software to billions of customers and works with a global network of more 640,000 developers and partners. CPE is a company-wide strategy to monitor, manage and improve every perception point customers and partners encounter with Microsoft products, programs and services.


While software remains Microsoft’s primary product, the customer and partner experience is increasingly important to earn high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.


“Product features and specifications are becoming commoditized,” says Ron Kaufman, founder of UP Your Service! College. “Where you can truly differentiate, is the experience a customer has when trying, purchasing, installing, integrating, using and upgrading software.”


The UP Your Service! College methodology for building a superior service culture includes a Course Leader Certification Program that enables organizations to certify selected staff to conduct the courses for their colleagues.
