Sales Coordinator - Singapore

Are you a self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented person? Do you have a passion for uplifting service? Would you like to join the close-knit, hard-working, and fun-loving team at UP! Your Service? If your answers are "Yes!", then we are looking for you. UP! Your Service seeks a Sales Coordinator for our Singapore office. You should have at least 2 years in a sales or marketing administrative support role, experience working with SalesForce of similar CRM system and excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure timely and accurate sales data and sales communication. You will:

  • Track correspondence and provide follow-up to sales leads as directed by account owners.
  • Log and manage data and activity into our SalesForce CRM and generate reports for sales forecasting and account management.
  • Be an effective sales point of contact for customers and prospects communicating with UP! Your Service.
  • Respond to incoming leads by phone and email and conduct initial qualification for the appropriate sales channel.
  • Help draft well-written proposals, agreements and other client/prospect communication using standard templates.
  • Send and track invitations and follow-up communications for sales, marketing or client events.
  • Coordinate invoicing between the client and our Finance department.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Passion for Uplifting Service.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
    administrative role.
  • Strong experience in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
  • Proven experience effectively interacting with customers and prospective customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation
    skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment: result-oriented, self-motivated, flexible and resourceful.

Work Environment:

  • Work from Singapore headquarters office.
  • Primarily phone-based and web-based sales communication to clients in multiple global locations. Some in-person contact with local clients and to support events.
  • Due to the global scope of business, calls may fall outside the traditional 9-5 hours.
  • Work independently with remote supervision.
