Dubai Properties is the first organization in the Middle East to launch Course 200: Building Service PartnershipsTM. Its commitment to building a world-class service culture is evident. The course follows Course 100: Achieving Superior ServiceTM that was launched to all employees within the group earlier this year. Both College courses are conducted by UP! Your Service Certified Course Leaders, selected staff members of Dubai Properties who have undergone rigorous training and certification conducted by Ron Kaufman himself.
